I Chimi Locanda di Frassino is founded on our passion for cuisine and hospitality.
With over ten years experience in the restaurant business, we specialise in traditional piemontese and occitan cuisine. Put more simply, we like a rustic cuisine with simple, tatsy ingredients. These go into our food in all their purity and goodness so we can elaborate and structure its shape and lightness, giving it a modern touch.
For this reason, we have chosen only the best ingredients and of the highgest quality, wich is sourced daily from our surroundings. Wherever possible the food is organic, and certainly KM 0.
The good fortune of living in the mountains allow us an infinite source of pure mountain water, practically without limestone and chlorine. We also serve sparkling water at our tables and with this invaluable resource at our disposal, we immediately improve the basics of what we offer.
We have renovated this local historical house, now the site of our restaurant, with great attention to detail adapting it to present day needs such as illumination and disability access, but withoutthis precious and antique building, once known as “Curt ‘d Giors”. This is turn, touching the soul of follows our philosophy on cooking.
On the first floor, the two rooms with bathroom are ready to welcome morning excursionists or satiated food lovers alike…
